The Exodus

The Exodus Weekend is a way for students to get away from normal life
and the chaos. The Israelites left Egypt not only to be free from
slavery, but, more specifically, to worship God! That is our goal for
students as well! To grow in their relationship with God and community
by getting away. We generally do everything at the church, but we also
have Home Groups for Friday and Saturday evenings. Sign up your student
now!

Britnee & Bret have been serving churches in this capacity for over 5years now. They currently live in Missouri, but they travel throughout the country and the world to love and disciple Christ's followers! They also own a nonprofit called Gospel Coffee (which you drink at Southside). Gospel Coffee seeks to fund foreign missions by drinking
good coffee.

Our mission is to come alongside churches and church leaders to provide refreshment and/or assistance through worship and encouragement, as well as training up young men and women through life-on-life discipleship to
serve the Lord in their full calling

FAQ

Yes! We stay at host homes for this event. We separate based on gender specifically, but the amount of students affect how many homes we use.

We primarily use the church for all of the activities during The Exodus.
The only thing we do off campus is sleep at host homes. We worship,
hear God's Word, participate in small groups, and play games at the
Church.
